1. Who we are

SafeCensor AI ("SafeCensor", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Henderson & Co. LLC. By creating an account or using SafeCensor, you are entering into a binding agreement with Henderson & Co. LLC.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organization you represent.

3. The service

SafeCensor transcribes user-submitted video, identifies risky words and segments, and produces a censored output file. Users purchase credits to process video; one minute of video typically consumes 5 credits. Credits do not expire.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. You will not:

• Use SafeCensor for any unlawful purpose, including processing content you do not have the right to use;
• Submit content depicting child sexual abuse, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence;
• Engage in fraud, spam, or abuse of the credit system;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the security of the service, or probe for vulnerabilities;
• Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all video and audio you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transcribe, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for having all rights necessary to upload and process your content. You may request removal of any uploaded content at any time.

6. AI outputs and accuracy

SafeCensor uses speech-to-text and language models to identify risky segments. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publication. SafeCensor is not a substitute for legal review and does not guarantee compliance with any platform's content policies. Outputs must not be used as the sole basis for regulated professional advice.

7. Intellectual property

The SafeCensor software, branding, and documentation are owned by Henderson & Co. LLC and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these terms. No resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits is permitted.

8. Service level

We do our best to keep SafeCensor available, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Payments and billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may close your account at any time; unused credits are non-refundable except as required by law or our Refund Policy.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the prior twelve months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
