How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and search for your order using the email used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team via the email shown in your account dashboard, and we will assist with the refund through Paddle.

Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What can be refunded

You can request a refund for any credit purchase made within the last 30 days, whether or not the credits have been used. We may refuse refund requests that show clear signs of abuse — for example, repeatedly purchasing, fully consuming, and refunding credits.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve any billing issue directly through Paddle, which is faster than the chargeback process.
